The Pelvic Experience

Service Description

This nurturing yoga class is designed to support the pelvis as a center of stability, sensation, and emotional holding. Blending restorative yoga, somatic movement, and Reiki energy healing, the practice invites you to slow down, listen inward, and gently unwind patterns of tension, bracing, and disconnection held in the hips, low back, and pelvic floor. Through subtle, intentional movements, long-held restorative shapes, guided awareness, and Reiki offered to support energetic balance, you’ll be invited to reconnect with the body’s innate intelligence and sense of safety. Expect a calm, supportive environment that encourages nervous system regulation, embodied presence, and a deeper relationship with your core and foundation. This class is suitable for all bodies and especially supportive for those seeking grounding, emotional release, or a gentle pathway back into the body. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, spacious, and connected rooted in your pelvis with a renewed sense of ease, stability, and inner support.
