Through this work, I gained a deep appreciation for leadership as a human experience shaped by people, culture, and connection.

Listening to that inner voice led me to shift my path.​ Today, I support individuals, organizations, and business owners in finding the balance between achievement and alignment. As a coach and leadership advisor, I help clients reconnect with their purpose and lead in ways that are clear, grounded, and sustainable.
