I have come to believe that true success isn’t just about what we achieve, but about how aligned we feel while we’re achieving it.

​

For many years, my life looked successful on paper. I was leading global talent and leadership programs, leading a team of talented professionals, and guiding early-career professionals, managers, and executives across industries and geographies.  I loved the work, was good at it, and deeply grateful for the opportunities it gave me to travel the world, experiences that expanded my perspective, deepened my cultural awareness, and taught me as much about humanity as they did about leadership.

Yet beneath the milestones and momentum, there was a quiet voice, an inner knowing that something more authentic was asking to be heard.

​

That whisper became my turning point.

​

As a transition and career coach, Reiki Master, and yoga teacher, my purpose is to help individuals and teams rediscover their sense of purpose and reconnect with who they truly are beneath roles, expectations, and external definitions of success.

 

This is the heart of my guiding philosophy: Follow Your Inner Compass.

My own journey of self-discovery required me to pause, listen deeply, and redefine what fulfillment meant for me. In doing so, I embraced the passions that had always been calling: coaching, energy work, mindfulness, and embodied leadership. Choosing alignment over autopilot changed everything, and it is what allows me to meet my clients with empathy, presence, and genuine understanding.

Today, my work blends practical coaching with holistic support. I integrate Reiki, yoga, and mindfulness practices to nurture mental clarity, emotional resilience, and physical well-being.

 

I believe transformation is not just a mindset shift, it is an embodied experience.

 

In addition to curating customized leadership programs and coaching, I provide reiki training courses and mentor ICF credential coach candidates who are deepening their craft and stepping into their own authentic leadership.

My background includes an MBA and an M.Ed., along with certifications as an Energy Leadership Master Practitioner and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

​

In 2021, I was listed on the Brainz Global 500 of top leaders and entrepreneurs and globally recognized by HR Executive in 2025 for my contributions to the talent development space.
