Cancellation Policy

Your Reiki session time is reserved especially for you. To honor both your healing journey and the practitioner’s time and energetic preparation, the following policy applies: Reiki Session Booking & Cancellation Policy To honor both your time and the energetic preparation that goes into each Reiki session, the following booking and cancellation policy applies: Booking & Payment A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. Cancellations & No-Shows No-shows will forfeit the deposit in full. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund; however, the deposit may be applied as a credit toward one future session, provided it is scheduled within 60 days of the original appointment. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a refund of the deposit minus a $25 administrative fee, which supports scheduling, preparation, and processing costs. Illness & Emergencies Life happens. If you are experiencing an acute illness or an unexpected emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Late Arrivals Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients. Arriving late may shorten your session without a fee adjustment. Packages & Prepaid Sessions Cancellations within 24 hours for prepaid or package sessions will be counted as a used session. Sessions must be used within the agreed-upon timeframe unless otherwise stated. Energetic Commitment: Reiki is an energetic exchange that begins before the session itself. By booking, you are honoring the time, intention, and preparation held for your healing space.
