Cancellation Policy

Mentor Coaching Cancellation Policy Scheduling & Payment: Mentor coaching sessions are reserved in advance and require payment (or a confirmed package/session credit) to hold your time. You’ll receive a confirmation email with session details once booked. 24-Hour Cancellation Window: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time with no charge. Cancellations/reschedules made within 24 hours of the session will be treated as a late cancellation. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Late cancellations (less than 24 hours): the session is forfeited and counted as used (or charged at the single-session rate). No-shows: the session is forfeited and counted as used (or charged at the single-session rate). If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened to honor the end time for the next client. If you arrive 20+ minutes late, it may be treated as a no-show at my discretion. Illness & Emergencies: I understand things happen. In cases of sudden illness or true emergencies, you may request a one-time courtesy reschedule. Approval is at my discretion and may require rescheduling within 14 days. Coach Cancellation: If I need to reschedule due to an unforeseen circumstance, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund/credit for that session. Technology Issues (Virtual Sessions): Please log in 2–3 minutes early. If you experience tech difficulties, we’ll do our best to troubleshoot quickly. If we can’t connect, we may switch to phone or reschedule based on the situation.
