Cancellation Policy

Coaching is a commitment to yourself. However, unexpected things do happen. The following provide general guidance on cancellations: 1. Provide 24 hours notice when cancelling a Discovery Session. 2. Workshops are non-refundable. A credit will be issued towards a future workshop or another service of your choice. Valid 90 days from workshop date. 2. Coaching agreements are pre-paid packages. Provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a session. Clients have the option to reschedule a cancelled session as outlined in the signed coaching agreement. 3. Provide 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend an Energy Leadership Index assessment (ELI). The ELI assessment and debrief are non-refundable. Credit can be applied to a future debrief session within 3 months of the original session date. 4. Private Reiki Session Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy, which allows me to honor the time and energy set aside for your healing.
