Step-Up Pathway
Service Description
Designed for professionals who have recently stepped into a leadership role or are preparing to do so. A leadership assessment builds awareness of how you communicate, make decisions, influence others, and respond under pressure. Over 3; one-hour coaching sessions, we will focus on the practical challenges of stepping up including building credibility, leading former peers, delegating effectively, navigating difficult conversations, and establishing a confident leadership presence. Includes: - Leadership assessment and personalized debrief - 3; one-hour individual coaching sessions - Support for immediate leadership challenges - A personalized plan for success in your new or expanded role
Cancellation Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. All three coaching sessions must be scheduled and completed within 120 days of the original booking date. Any unused sessions remaining after 120 days will be forfeited. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be considered used and forfeited. All payments are nonrefundable unless an alternative arrangement has been discussed and agreed upon in advance.
