Cancellation Policy

To honor the work we do together and the value of your time and mine, please review the cancellation policy for complimentary transformation discovery calls: Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to make changes, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows your appointment time to be offered to someone else who is ready to begin their transformation. Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled call or do not attend, your complimentary session may be forfeited. You may request to rebook, but availability is not guaranteed. Single Discovery Call Per Person: Because discovery calls are designed as a one-time opportunity to explore fit and next steps, only one complimentary session is offered per person. If multiple rescheduling requests are made, additional sessions may not be available. Running Late: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the call may need to be rescheduled at the coach’s discretion due to time limitations.
