About the event
Welcome the return of light, movement, and possibility as we step gently into spring together. This nourishing experience blends his mindful walking and standing yoga to help awaken the body, clear stagnant energy, and reconnect with your inner rhythm after the winter months.
We’ll begin with an intentional walk, inviting presence, breath, and awareness as we move through nature not to rush or “get steps in,” but to notice, soften, and ground. The walk becomes a moving meditation, offering space to reflect, reset, and gently reawaken the senses.
Following our walk, we’ll flow into a gentle, all-levels standing yoga practice designed to open the body, support circulation, and invite spaciousness especially in the hips, spine, and heart. Movements will be slow, accessible, and grounding, with options offered throughout.
