Service Description

During this one hour session, we will get to know more about one another, find out more about what you want out of life, and understand how we can potentially partner together so you can move closer towards your goals and vision.

Cancellation Policy

Coaching is a commitment to yourself. However, unexpected things do happen. The following provide general guidance on cancellations: 1. Provide 24 hours notice when cancelling a Discovery Session. 2. Workshops are non-refundable. A credit will be issued towards a future workshop or another service of your choice. Valid 90 days from workshop date. 2. Coaching agreements are pre-paid packages. Provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a session. Clients have the option to reschedule a cancelled session as outlined in the signed coaching agreement. 3. Provide 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend a Energy Leadership Index assessment (ELI). The ELI assessment and debrief are non-refundable. Credit can be applied to a future debrief session within 3 months of the original session date. A detailed cancellation policy is outlined in the Jennifer Byrne Coaching LLC client agreement.
