Gratitude



This is my favorite saying. I often reflect upon it to remember I only have today. Cherish It! Love It! Embrace It! It reminds me that each day is perfect in it's own way. At the end of each day I ask myself "What did It teach me?" "How did it make me a better friend, co-worker, spouse and sister?" This list is goes on.


Take a moment to write down 3 things you are grateful for today & reflect:


1. How did make you feel emotionally?

2. What sensory information did you gather in those moments?

3. What did you learn about yourself?


Tomorrow is a new day. Remembering how you feel in moments of gratitude, gives you the power to shift your energy in a positive way. These moments can be big or small. A gentle touch on the hand or a long hike in nature. It is what you take away from them that counts. Making this a practice each day can change the way you approach life, work and relationships.
